The service itself is good. Problem is with communication with the main service. They never have returned any messages I have left. I wanted twice a week pickup and thought it was all set up only to find it can only be done once a week. So I am probably going to look for another service that can take care of our needs. I will say that the techs are wonderful and thorough and do a great job.

I would highly recommend this company to everyone. They are not only efficient and inexpensive, but also provide excellent customer service. I absolutely love Maegan that does our yard because we have a difficult gate to get into the yard and she always makes sure it's completely shut so our pups won't escape. She should get a raise for how great she is with our pups too and makes sure our yard is left spotless.

Thank Goodness for people who do what I don't want to do, clean up dog poop. I do like the idea of this service however my yard was not fully cleaned. Sent an email but still haven't heard back from them yet. This was my first time using this service so I'm not sure of what to expect. I was not home when the tech came out and didn't get a text that he arrived. He did bag a lot of poop however there was still a lot left on the ground. I was glad to see that he put the bags I the garbage can but they were not tied and one of them spilled inside the can! 🤮

I am new to the service and only had them once due to the weather. I appreciated the text from the service gentleman before he was coming and when he arrived did a great job. The only concern I have is if I wish to add or delay a visit the website for your account does not give you that option or I cannot find it if it does.

First week I used them the tech called to tell me he was there, left a note. Took the poop with him which I didn’t expect. I did expect him to put him to it in my own trash bin, so that was nice of him. This past week, no call but he did come, he left the bag of poop by my back door where I let the dogs out. He also missed a couple piles. I get it. I have 2 dogs, but that’s what I pay for.

I live in an Eastern suburb of Cleveland and just started this service recently. Although I used to do the clean-up myself. I’m a bit older now and a bit busier and this service is just wonderful. Jay and Alaina, the owners, are responsive and pleasant. My service person is very nice and thorough (and has a good sense of humor).
