Tim cleaned up my backyard and hauled everything away. I have two German shepherds and he made my backyard spotless! I used another company for a few years. They became unreliable so I got rid of them. I thought I would just do it myself and that did not turn out so well. Lol I am very pleased with Tim and how well he cleaned up the backyard and how polite he was. I hope this will be a long going relationship between this company and myself!

I try to make sure that the dogs are inside on Wednesdays but usually they are out when the guy gets here. I have the same guy every week and not once has he let them out of the yard or gotten upset that they are out instead he plays with them and let's the girls know it's safe. He always does a good job. I'm so glad I chose this company!!!!! As always awesome!!!

I have been using poop 911 for at least six months. I used a different company before and they were very unreliable. Poop 911 is been very great. Their price is exceptionally reasonable and my dogs love them. They always shut the gates they do a great job and they’re very reliable. I would recommend their service to anyone. I like it that I don’t have to babysit them and they do their job that I pay them to do. I am very busy and that’s one less thing I have to worry about

I've had this service for a couple of weeks. I absolutely love them. You sign up online. Answer some questions about your yard, dog, how to access the yard, if your dog should be inside or not during service, etc. They text you letting you know they're on their way. About 15 min warning. Enough time to secure the dog. They pull up, take care of the yard and leave. They work around the snow and such. Easy to reach via text to cancel or reschedule. Just what is needed.

We've had Poop911 service our yards for 5 years! If that doesn't tell you they provide great service, I don't know what does.- Our service tech has been scooping our yard for years. He is very professional and communicates well, as weather may interrupt their schedule during the winter. We have had POOP911 service our yard for many, many years and for many different dogs. I can assure you, if they were not professional while performing their responsibilities, we would have cut them loose years ago. Having POOP911 service our yard has been one decision I don't regret.- I highly recommend Poop911 for your clean up needs!!(I wrote this years ago and continue to have Poop911 service our yards!)

From the very first “scoop” our technician, Nick, has been kind, friendly, and reliable. He is the only tech that has done our scoops, so I can’t speak for the entire Poop 911 team, but if he is an example of how the entire team operates, then you can expect excellent service, performance, and communication. I see no reason that I will need to go shop for another Poop Scoop company after needing to fire the one prior to Poop 911 which is a comforting feeling….

We have been using poop 911 for well over a year now. It’s a task both my husband and I hate. Usually we’re pretty equally split he does one task I do the other. Not poop lol. We have had the same “poop guy” as we call him. We know his name is Jim for the entire time. Our dogs love him. He’s efficient and kind even though one of our 3 dogs barks at him every week. That is if they even notice he came in the yard at all!!! Totally worth the cost!!!

I have been a customer of Poop 911 for almost 20 years, 4 dogs, 3 houses and 2 city's. They are the best! They don't miss spots, they're amazingly polite and always keep in contact. Their prices are very reasonable, and they make my life so much easier.If I've ever had a question they respond quickly. But, the best part of there customer service is how they interact with my dogs. Poop-911 is FANTASTIC! They are reliable and do an excellent job at a fantastic price point. Their admin is great; they even re-scheduled my service day so it would precede my weekly lawn mowing day. Our tech, Jim, is really kind and patient, even though my dog is bizarrely angry that he’s removing all of my dog’s “hard work.” He is thorough, timely, and gracious. We have a 170lb St. Bernard. If they can make yard amazing, they can make yours amazing, too, because I’m pretty sure that we have more poop than most anyone. What I really love is the peace of mind. Personally, I don’t mind doing poop duty, but it would always hang over my head as one more thing to do that I couldn’t seem to get down. Now I have a clear yard and a clearer mind!

I signed up over 2 years ago, I was hesitant since I wasn't sure how well this would work but my husband was not picking up the dogs poo and I was fed up so I gave Poop 911 a try. I am so glad I did, their service is great, the gal who comes out is awesome and has made friends with my dogs. She has been here to see me through my pregnancy and watched my baby grow into a toddler, I feel happy to see her every week. At first, my hubby was mad that I signed up and said "we will only use them for a couple weeks to help me catch up" but after he saw how efficient they were and that it didn't cost much, he became glad we signed up too. I hardly ever write good reviews, but I was happy to write this- I 100% recommend signing up with Poop 911.

The employee who has come to my yard twice now has been extremely thorough. Respectful of property.The only thing that I would have a concern with is not knowing if when they were walking in my yard and using their instrument for bagging if they aren’t bringing in potential diseases into my yard
