I have had this service for more than a month now. The service tech who comes out, does a great job. My dogs respond very well to him as he is very approachable and considerate to both dogs. He is calm and happy when my dogs go outside which creates a very inviting environment for them. This is what you hope a person does when they come into your yard--treat your animals as they were his own, with respect and kindness.

I randomly saw a Poop911 truck while driving in town last week and I had been considering hiring someone to pick up after our dog. The name stuck out to me so I decided to check them out. I went to their website and it was easy to schedule an appointment and set up recurring visits (mine is set up for weekly). The price is great and the services they offer are broader than most places I've seen (i.e., litter box maintenance, playtime with your pet, etc.). The tech that came to my house is named Tim and he was very friendly and personable as well as efficient. They also send you a text before they enter your yard to verify that it is okay to enter, which I appreciate. Overall, I would recommend this company to other people 😊

Great service! My dad is a senior with some health challenges so it’s hard for him to do yard work and cleaning up dog poo is a major task for him. I’m so glad I found Poop911! They did a great job of cleaning up the poo around the yard. My dad was really happy with their quick response for a service request and for the kind note that was left on the door telling him they had been by on the designated day to handle the request. Poop911 is an Awesome company & Dad is happy to continue service with them. I initially spoke with Jeff about my dad’s needs and he was great with answering my questions and telling me about our first poop service visit. Kyle, the technician, was most professional and effective in the removal of the waste from my yard. My Weimaraner pup was taken back to his breeder to find a new home, as he was running away and did not do well in the small fenced in back yard. He was the reason why I hired poop 911 in the first place and if I get another dog, I will hire them again!
