I think the gist of this company is good, definitely a good help but what i don’t like is i see no way of knowing that they show up outside to pick up poop unless i scale my cameras, so it would be nice if they move toys out yard when looking for poop something to let me know someone was there but outside of that it’s a good company

I feel like we got our yard back. With two standard poodles, walking through our yard took concentration to avoid stepping in something. Yes, I could do it myself, but we don't get home from work and school activities until after dark, and I'd rather have supper around the table than have someone out cleaning the yard. This is a task that I'm happy to delegate to someone else, and I was really pleasantly surprised by the low cost.

We have been using POOP 911 for over two years and we are just as thrilled with the service now as we were when they started.We have had SUCH a great experience with them! My husband and I love this service. I had no idea this was a real thing but it’s been amazing. We have weekly cleaning for our 3 large dogs. I tried to schedule services with poop 911 and due to my work schedule (nights), the first appointment I missed. The following week I didn't expect anyone to show up which they didn't.the third week I had no notice anyone was coming until the morning of when I received a text message saying "we are on our way". I didn't think a text like that warranted a response from me, but the crew didn't show up because I didn't reply to them. Then the fourth week the same issue happened, I don't wake up to texts and bc I didn't reply, the crew didn't show up. I tried to personally call the owner a few times and seemed he was only communicative through texting only. I advised them to be taken off the schedule due to continuous conflicts in scheduling. I never actually used thier service so I cannot comment on that.
